Role Responsibilities
In this pivotal position, you will oversee the engineering team, which includes evaluating and assigning personnel to various support initiatives. You will also be responsible for drafting and managing performance evaluations for team members, while fostering engineering talent to create an inclusive testing and integration environment.
Evaluate the requirements for and execute capital projects aimed at enhancing testing efficiencies and modernizing test equipment.
Coordinate, budget, and implement support and maintenance plans for both capital and contractual testing apparatus.
Lead technical insertion and Digital Transformation initiatives; advocate for and secure funding for innovative concepts designed to enhance efficiency and implement automation and robotics.
Offer expertise and insights to assist in root cause analysis and corrective action strategies.Provide technical and staffing contributions during proposal and capture phases to bolster operations integration and testing efforts.
Act as the Test Engineering representative on the Operations Suggestion Review Board.
Review testing methodologies and software prior to their deployment.
Engage in critical design and data evaluations, as well as SIA events, to provide valuable operational feedback to program collaborators.
Manage information systems coordination and oversight where applicable.About Us
