Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in the Smyrna, GA area. This role involves preparing and processing client invoices with accuracy and adherence to firm/client billing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review attorney time entries for completeness and compliance with client billing agreements.
  • Enter and maintain client billing data in the billing system.
  • Generate and distribute client invoices in various formats (electronic and paper).
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing matters in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with the collection of outstanding invoices and follow up on delinquent accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized billing records.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • BASIC understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., basic formulas, spreadsheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
