**Job Overview:**

Dynamic Service Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Care Lead Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of youth care workers, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Safety and Security: Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all clients, including maintaining a line-of-sight at all times.
  • Supervision: Supervise and monitor the activities of youth care workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Evaluations: Create evaluations for youth care workers and submit them for review to the Assistant Program Manager.
  • Training: Provide necessary training to employees and new hires.
  • Culture and Diversity: Develop systems and practices that are inclusive of diverse staff members and responsive to the cultural needs of our client population.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • 1 year of previous work/volunteer experience with juveniles.
  • A clean driving record and a valid, active driver's license.
  • College degree in Human Services field preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - speak, read, and write.

**Work Environment:**

This position requires working in an office setting with occasional overnight travel, public speaking, evening, and weekend work. Regular computer work is also required. You must be able to stand, walk, sit, finger, handle, or feel objects, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch, talk, and hear. Occasionally, you may need to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
