Job Summary
The Culinary Specialist is responsible for preparing meals for various clientele, including residents and guests. This role includes overseeing food service staff and ensuring that appropriate meals are prepared according to dietary needs.
The Beverage Expert will focus on crafting high-quality beverages and light meals, maintaining a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food items while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Supervise and assist other food service personnel.
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the kitchen area.
- Ensure the proper handling of cash and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare a variety of food items, including sandwiches, salads, and baked goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service, particularly in coffee and espresso preparation.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including espresso machines and ovens.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work weekdays and alternating weekends.
