Mixology Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at Kinseth Hospitality Company. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Take orders from customers and servers, suggesting beverages and food to enhance the guest experience.

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines, adhering to recipe guidelines and maintaining a high level of quality.

Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations, maintaining a 'bar time' that is 15 minutes fast and removing all drinks from the bar and tables by the legal time.

Monitor and manage cash handling, accurately making change and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.

Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Certification in alcohol awareness is a plus.
