Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Implementation
- Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the school's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with the Preschool Director to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Staff Supervision and Development
- Supervise and support a team of early childhood educators to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality programs.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Community Relations and Enrollment
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the school and attract new students.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Administrative Tasks
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as tuition collection, budget oversight, and maintaining accurate records.
- Help to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
- Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- At least one year of teaching experience is required, with experience in education administration or business administration preferred.
- Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of technology's role in education.

- Hourly rate: $25.00 - $27.00
