We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement Specialist - Luxury Homebuilder to join our team at AR Franchising Inc.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies that equip our sales teams with the tools, insights, and training they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales enablement initiatives to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency
  • Work closely with sales leadership to streamline operations and optimize processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives and ensure operational excellence
  • Analyze sales performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales tools and technologies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM management
  • Experience with online course creation and instructional design a plus
  • Innovative thinking and ability to develop forward-thinking strategies
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
