Experience Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience in law enforcement or military law enforcement, having served in an official capacity within a law enforcement agency or the US Military law enforcement. Security guard roles, whether armed or unarmed, do not meet this requirement alone.

Educational Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • California Bureau of Security and Investigative Service (BSIS) Guard Card and Permit for Exposed Firearms.
  • Maintain proficiency with authorized firearms and equipment.

Minimum Entry Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have reliable communication means (e.g., cell phone).
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Possess a valid government-issued driver's license or state-issued ID.
  • Hold an active state-issued guard card.
  • Successfully complete the pre-employment screening process (Drug Test, Criminal Background Check).
  • Complete healthcare competency assessment and training on managing assaultive behaviors.
