The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with experience in access management and clearance procedures. You'll be responsible for issuing badges and authenticating employees and authorized visitors using PG&E's access management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue badges and authenticate employees and authorized visitors using PG&E's access management system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and employees
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of access management activities
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure seamless access control and clearance procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security operations, access management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of clearance procedures and access management systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
