Role Summary: The Safety Manager will leverage their expertise to deliver safety training, guidance, and technical support to operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and sustain the safety program in alignment with client safety standards.
  • Oversee the resolution of safety and health concerns through analysis, benchmarking, and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate injury records in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Identify and promote programs and tools that enhance safety performance.
  • Conduct investigations related to claims for injured employees.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of pertinent experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in developing and managing safety data dashboards and metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Competence in conducting safety evaluations and risk assessments.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
