Requirements

  • No Serious Preventable Accidents: Our drivers must have no serious preventable accidents within the past three years.
  • Well-Maintained Truck: Our drivers must have a well-maintained truck, with regular safety and maintenance inspections.
  • Proof of Insurance: Our drivers must have proof of insurance, including physical damage coverage.
  • Safety and Maintenance Inspections: Our drivers must complete regular safety and maintenance inspections to ensure their vehicle is in good working condition.
  • No DUI, SAP, or Reckless Driving: Our drivers must have no DUI, SAP, or reckless driving convictions.
  • No Kids Allowed While Driving: Our drivers must not have any children in the vehicle while driving for our company.
  • Must Pass DOT Drug Test: Our drivers must pass a DOT drug test to ensure they are fit to drive.

Expenses

  • Company Keeps 12% of Gross: We keep 12% of the gross revenue from our drivers' hauls.
  • Liability and Cargo Insurance: Our drivers must pay for liability and cargo insurance, which costs $250 per week.
  • ELD (Optima) and Optional ELD Support: Our drivers must pay for ELD (Optima) and optional ELD support, which costs $20 per month.
  • PrePass: Our drivers must pay for PrePass, which costs $20 per month.
  • Occupational Insurance: Our drivers must pay for occupational insurance, which costs $145 per month.
  • IFTA Quarterly: Our drivers must pay for IFTA quarterly, which covers fuel taxes and other fees.
  • Escrow: Our drivers must pay an escrow fee of $1,500, which is paid in six installments of $250.
