Sales Leadership Manager

This role combines supply chain and business development expertise with strong relationship-building skills to drive growth in the logistics industry.
KMM Telecommunications is a leading provider of supply chain solutions, offering integrated services spanning full network lifecycles. As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your experience in building relationships and selling services within the logistics industry to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic partnerships with key customer executives to secure new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for expansion
- Develop customized account plans to maximize customer retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business strategies with customer needs
- Direct sales efforts, including creation and execution of annual sales plans
- Qualify new opportunities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and present KMM solutions to potential customers
- Create business cases/proformas for new opportunities and establish pricing models to optimize profitability
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Promote long-term partnerships by renewing contracts and agreements well in advance of termination dates
- Develop marketing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials
- Identify new market opportunities and provide supporting business analysis for expansion into new industries or service offerings
- Build strategic partnerships with complementary service providers to enhance our portfolio
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective sales performance
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
Location: Atlanta, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Los Angeles, Sacramento
