Job Overview

Afton Scientific, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our pharmaceutical manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production inspections, labeling, serialization, packaging, and logistics operations
  • Conduct production operations according to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our production processes and quality control measures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Two years manufacturing experience in a related industry required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
