Job Overview

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for performing routine accounting tasks, including data entry, accounts payable, and billing. This role will also involve assisting with financial analysis, reconciliations, and closing the monthly books.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter financial data accurately and efficiently into accounting software and systems.
  • Assist with coding invoices, setting up new accounts, and reconciling accounts.

  • Gather payroll expenses and input them into the accounting system.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
