Job DescriptionThe Nurse Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models. As an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, you will provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care to promote an unparalleled patient experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of employment
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
