About the Role:

The RN Shift Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to residents. Key responsibilities include supervising nursing care, reviewing and implementing nursing procedures, assessing and evaluating systems, using a systematic approach to provide individualized care, contributing to resident assessments and developing plans of care, evaluating resident responses to interventions, and administering medications correctly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A current state license as an RN is required, along with CPR certification and additional certifications in nursing specialties desired. Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is also preferred.
