ICTS (UK) is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our warehouse stock, premises, and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors
  • Patrol the site on foot to deter and detect stock loss
  • Conduct bag and body searches using hand-held metal detectors
  • Screen people using walk-through scanners
  • Deal professionally with incidents, including positive searches
  • Respond to customer requests and queries
  • Maintain records using computer- and paper-based systems

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in security
  • Five years checkable history and references
  • Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards

**Nice to Have:**

  • SIA Public Space Surveillance (PSS) (CCTV) license
  • First Aid qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
