About the Role

In this role as a Mental Health Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients enrolled in our behavioral health program. You will also engage with the local community to promote mental health awareness and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients, addressing their unique needs and goals
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • Degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Proven experience in psychiatric nursing and working with older adults preferred
