About the Role

The Certified Parent Peer Specialist will provide intensive customized care coordination (IC3) services to youth and their families. This includes establishing rapport with families, providing life skills teaching, documenting progress, and meeting minimal contacts per month with each individual.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of policies and procedures, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a social services field is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
