The Customer Service Associate is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience while also contributing to the sales of automotive repair services and tires.
This role plays a significant part in the growth of the business through effective sales presentations and comprehensive product and service knowledge.
Customer Service Associates are expected to be proficient in handling phone inquiries, welcoming customers into the store, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete the necessary training program to enable the Customer Service Associate to effectively implement the sales process.
Act as the first point of contact for customers both on the phone and in-store.
Engage with customers, manage appointment scheduling, build rapport, understand customer needs, communicate processes and timelines, and present required services following the established sales protocol.
Maintain organization and efficiency within the service department through accurate estimate and invoice processing.
Under management guidance, assist with various customer care tasks, work order completion, register support, facility upkeep, and ordering of outside supplies.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
