As a Parking Maintenance Attendant with Reimagined Parking, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist with sign installation and removal, litter pick-up and garbage removal
* Perform snow removal and pressure washing as directed
* Represent the company in the case of accidents within the facility
* Coordinate with property security as required for garage and parking-related issues
* Assist with repair of broken gate arms
* Perform other duties as assigned
* Responsible for equipment valued at up to $50,000
* Interact face-to-face with customers, prioritizing service
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Operate various types of vehicles and equipment
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience with general repairs and maintenance functions
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Basic Technical Education
