Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small to medium scale electrical projects, including planning, design, and construction.
  • Develop detailed project plans, project schedules, and project budgets.
  • Assemble and manage multifunctional matrixed project teams across business platforms.
  • Coordinate with external customers throughout the project life cycle.
  • Establish responsibility for and manage the physical construction of projects.
  • Provide project progress reports to management and other stakeholders in accordance with an approved communication plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years directly related professional experience, with three or more years preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with electrical principles, procedures, diagrams, and logic.
  • Experience or formal education in project cost, schedule, scope controls, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze information, form conclusions, and provide meaningful solutions.
  • Proficient with the use of technical applications, software, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional certification by the Project Management Institute.
  • Experience in the electric utility industry and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
Additional Information

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 12.00% of salary. PacifiCorp offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, retirement, paid time off, tuition assistance, paid short-term and long-term disability, and paid bereavement leave.
