About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trial attorney to join our team as a Litigation Counsel. As a member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for handling personal injury defense litigation and insurance-related matters in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle personal injury defense litigation and insurance-related matters
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  • Conduct research and analysis to support litigation efforts
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 1-15 years of legal practice experience
  • Civil or criminal jury trial experience
  • Strong technological skills
  • Insurance defense background preferred
  • J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School
  • Active law license to practice in Indiana
