Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the general ledger by accurately recording daily financial transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of bank statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring prompt payments and collections.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP.

  • Engage in special projects as required, including financial analysis, system implementation, and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret financial data and trends.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
