About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Midwest Dental. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to our mission of Smiles For Everyone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
  • Lead a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dentistry through ongoing education and training.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $200,000 - $370,000 per year.
  • A $50,000 sign-on bonus.
