  • Personal Sales Goals: Meet or exceed personal sales goals and contribute to the store's overall sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Utilize company selling tools to ensure customers receive outstanding customer service and maintain current product knowledge to maximize daily sales.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to monthly sales of at least 20%.
  • UPT and KPIs: Maintain a UPT above the company standard of 2.0 and satisfy company KPI requirements.
  • Image and Grooming: Ensure a professional image and grooming standard that reflects the brand.
  • Adherence to Schedule: Adhere to work schedule, blackout periods, and mandatory meetings.
  • Merchandise Processing: Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
  • Visual Standards: Maintain company visual standards at all times.
  • Point of Sale Policies: Comply with all point of sale policies and procedures.
