About the Role

We're seeking a talented Seasonal Stylist to join our team at AllSaints Retail. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, styling our customers in our latest collections, and maintaining the store's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our customers
• Style our customers in our latest collections, sharing your detailed product knowledge and providing them with an exceptional brand experience
• Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring that product is readily available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are upheld at all times
• Support with stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing our digital tools to support a positive customer journey
• Empower customers to make service decisions, resolving their issues while retaining their loyalty and trust
• Work as one team with the same goal, supporting and observing your peers, seeking feedback to support your growth and development

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and attentive, with excellent communication skills
• Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style, and our brand values
• A can-do attitude and lots of enthusiasm, with a passion for fashion and a love for making connections with customers
• Good problem-solving techniques and the ability to do so with pace, empathy, and sometimes under pressure
• Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and a confident communicator
