AV Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AV Supervisor to join our team at Vaco. As an AV Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise on-site personnel and activities to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately plan and execute AV system installations.
  • Install and test AV systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide client training to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Make minor programming changes to control systems as needed.
  • Act as a liaison with clients in the absence of the Project Manager to ensure timely and satisfactory project completion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AV system installation and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to accurately plan and execute AV system installations.
  • Ability to make minor programming changes to control systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively supervise on-site personnel and activities.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders or scaffolding.
  • Valid US driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
