Join Precision Castparts Corp, a leading manufacturer of complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, and forged components, as a Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring effective shop operations, maintaining a high level of efficiency, and leading a team of maintenance staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving unplanned machine downtime to company standards
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
  • Support efforts to drive continuous improvement efforts and lean manufacturing techniques
  • Assist in meeting budget targets and limits
  • Supervise the maintenance staff and drive cross-training
  • Problem-solve and troubleshoot maintenance and facilities issues
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively
  • Ability to use MRP systems
Requirements:
  • High School Degree plus five to ten years related experience (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically machining, hydraulic and mechanical environments
  • Must possess analytical problem-solving techniques
  • Exposure or ability to learn lean manufacturing techniques
  • Must be self-motivated and self-managed and possess strong organizational skill
