About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Jet-Vac CDL Operator to join our team in Dearborn, MI. As a Jet-Vac CDL Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating all equipment, monitoring and controlling processing operations, maintaining records of operations, and performing daily inspections and preventative equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate all equipment, including jet-vac trucks and other industrial machinery.
  • Monitor and control processing operations to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, including hourly operating data and abnormal operation conditions.
  • Perform daily inspections and preventative equipment maintenance, including greasing, tightening, and changing filters.
  • Clean equipment inside and outside daily and perform cleanup tasks.
  • Initiate emergency procedures to ensure safety and prevent damage to plant and equipment.
  • Document and report any malfunctions or unsafe conditions.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL A, Tanker, and Airbrake Endorsement.
  • Ability to pass MVR, DOT drug screen, and physical.
  • Willingness/ability to enter confined spaces for general cleaning and inspection.
  • Ability to work outside in demanding conditions.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting.
