Nursing Leadership Opportunity at Johns Hopkins Medicine
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit-based Leadership role in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit/IMC. This position combines administrative duties and patient care, providing opportunities for clinical leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- This role is vital in ensuring the unit runs smoothly.
- Staff continuing education.
- Opportunities for leading hospital-based and unit committees.
- Mentor new nurses.
- Provide feedback to leadership across the hospital.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing preferred.
- Active Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) or Compact State Registered Nursing license required.
- CPR/BLS certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
- Experienced Registered Nurse with clinical leadership experience required.
