About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Health Care for the Homeless. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team and provide integrated therapy and case management services to clients in need.

Job Summary

The Senior Clinical Team Lead will oversee a small team of therapists, case managers, and peer staff, providing clinical supervision and care team oversight. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as expertise in trauma-informed care and harm reduction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing Clients: Provide individual and group therapy sessions, conduct behavioral health assessments, and develop treatment plans that promote client-centered care.
  • Clinical Supervision: Supervise a team of therapists and case managers, providing guidance on evidence-based practices and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead a small multidisciplinary team, fostering open communication, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Licensure as an LCSW-C in Maryland.
  • Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and motivational interviewing.

This is an essential onsite position based primarily at one of our agency locations. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
