We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Formula Fig. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our Fig Bars.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our services and products to guests, and providing personalized recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Fig Bar Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all aspects of the Fig Bar operation are running smoothly, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes, and that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as skincare, customer service, and sales.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a skincare or beauty-related industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, hospitality) preferred.
- Competitive Compensation: $18-$26/hour, depending on experience.
