We are seeking an Office Coordinator for our organization. The ideal candidate should possess prior clerical or administrative experience. This role demands a diligent, organized individual with strong attention to detail, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively through excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk communications and route calls in a courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and meeting spaces.
  • Welcome, assist, and guide visitors with professionalism.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the break room, ensuring supplies are replenished.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to the relevant personnel.
  • Provide support to the office manager and team members.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies as needed.
  • Utilize data entry skills for accurate coding of company expenses within set deadlines.
  • Monitor fuel purchase receipts, prepare monthly fuel expense reports, and manage the fuel account.
  • Organize and file monthly expense documentation.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
