About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Project Manager to join our Austin, Texas office. As a Senior Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects, managing project teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subconsultants.
  • Direct project team compliance with contract terms and monitor subcontractors' progress.
  • Develop and communicate project quality assurance, administrative procedures, and communication guidelines.
  • Monitor schedules, billings, and reports, and ensure appropriate charging of manhours, costs, and expenses to projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities for the firm and coordinate project presentations to clients and external groups.
  • Participate in project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and preparation of firm's qualification/experience statements.
  • Guide, review, supervise, and/or coordinate the work of a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Coordinate communications between internal and external associates and clients, and between firm and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, with M.S. or graduate level technical coursework preferred.
  • Ten to twenty years of experience with a minimum of 4 years as a project manager.
  • Texas P.E. license (or ability to obtain within 6 months) is required.
