Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, check, and credit transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with purchases.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, by restocking shelves, sweeping, and mopping the floor.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing cycle counts.
  • Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash and processing credit card transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a POS system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
