Physician Assistant

Central Maine Healthcare is seeking an experienced board-certified Physician Assistant to join our Surgical Oncology team. As a key member of our team, you will assist with program growth and continually serve our Central Maine community.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional patient care and experiences
• Collaborate with our team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Participate in program growth and development
Requirements:
• Unencumbered license to practice as PA in the state of Maine or eligible to receive in the State of Maine
• PA must be a graduate of an accredited physician assistant program; NCCPA certified
• PA must complete 100 hours of CME every two (2) years and take the recertification exam every six (6) years
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS Certification required
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider ACLS preferred
• Current DEA with no restrictions
• Strong computer skills, including EMR/HER
