Position Overview

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is in search of a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver essential school-based interventions within a local educational district.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments of student behavior and educational needs, utilizing findings to create and sustain effective treatment plans.
  • Design and oversee the execution of positive behavior support strategies across Tier 1 to Tier 3 interventions.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to formulate Individual Education Plans tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with various disciplines to meet the diverse needs of all students.
  • Adhere to all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as School District policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
