Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and improve existing relationships with current accounts and establish new ones with prospective accounts.
- Evaluate customers for Rehab equipment needs, deliver and fit equipment, and ensure their functional goals are met.
- Complete sales orders in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Respond to customer and referral inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist in educating customer service and delivery staff on the proper use, selection, and servicing of Rehab Technology products.
- Meet productivity and performance standards.
- Maintain certifications and licenses, obtaining continuing education annually to ensure no lapse in coverage.
- Current Assistive Technology Professional certification required (unless joining our ATP development program).
- For Development program candidates: consideration is given to those with relevant clinical or academic backgrounds.
- 2-5 years of experience in the Complex Rehab Industry preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Clinician (OT, PT, COTA, PTA, RN) or health-related degree preferred.
- Active driver's license.
