Key Responsibilities
  • Inspection and Restoration
    • Conduct thorough inspections of vacated apartments to identify areas that require attention and restoration.
    • Restore apartments to a high standard of quality and cleanliness, including tasks such as replacing light bulbs, repairing windows and doors, and cleaning appliances.
  • Maintenance and Repair
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure that all appliances and equipment are in good working order.
    • Repair or replace damaged or faulty appliances and equipment as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to residents and management staff, responding promptly to requests and concerns.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects and equipment.
