About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Ochsner Health's Gastrointestinal Lab. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct care to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to patients, including IV therapy, under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Direct and assist ancillary nursing staff with assigned duties.
  • Interact with the multidisciplinary team and other personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Demonstrate professional responsibilities and take ownership of your practice.
  • Assist other members of the healthcare team in providing the highest quality patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred: IV Therapy Credentials.
