Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hydraulic modeling and analysis for various projects across the region.
  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Prepare hydraulic models, analyze results, and compile technical memorandums and reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance and control in project deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation of project scopes, budgets, and proposals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or eligibility to obtain within six months; Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hydraulic analysis and design.
  • Proficiency in hydraulic modeling software such as InfoWater, WaterCAD, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively present information to clients.
