Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science or Software/Systems Engineering is preferred.
  • More than 10 years of experience in engineering or software development.
  • Experience in Cloud Native Engineering, DevSecOps, and Cloud implementations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with contemporary engineering tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in developing practical solution examples.
  • A proven history of coaching, mentoring, and fostering the growth of individuals and teams.
  • Experience in Agile leadership is advantageous.
