We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team at Moreau Physical Therapy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and services.
About the Role:This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess individual patient needs and develop tailored therapy plans to enhance functional abilities and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care and support for each patient.
- Provide education on therapeutic exercises and strategies for daily living to patients and their families.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and innovations and continuously improve our services.
