DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Punctually arrives at work, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Independently performs cleaning and maintenance duties as per established schedules and company protocols.
- Completes necessary safety and maintenance training to proficiently operate equipment and carry out tasks like filter replacements and pressure washing.
- Understands emergency protocols, including fuel pump shutdowns and fire extinguisher usage.
- Follows task schedules, keeps the grounds clean, and promptly reports safety concerns.
- Regularly cleans equipment, dispensers, and the store premises as required.
- Provides assistance to customers as needed while maintaining a welcoming attitude.
- Ensures that ice bags are stocked according to store needs and communicates any issues to management.
- Maintains composure in challenging situations and completes all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
- Adheres to safety guidelines for the use of chemicals and fuel products.
- Operates in compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.
- Collaborates with customers and team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Completes shift responsibilities to meet company expectations.
- Must exhibit a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods without breaks.
- Basic math skills and the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
