Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plasma Center Manager to join our team at Freedom Plasma. As a Plasma Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our plasma collection center, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the plasma collection center, including supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Ensure that all staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties, and that they are held accountable for their performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
