Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain a portfolio of accounts, including resolution process development and account adjustments
• Provide professional service regarding sensitive issues, effectively answering questions and resolving internal and external customer concerns
• Post reversals for misapplied cash and reconcile daily cash receipts
• Reconcile cash GL accounts for period close and update cash reports
• Assist the Credit and Collections team with wire payments and EFT/ACH forms
• Participate in special projects as needed

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with collections
• Microsoft Excel exposure
