Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance department and staff, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems.
  • Maintain quality records and documentation.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality staff.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of quality assurance experience.
  • Proven track record of improving quality performance.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
