Bell Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bell Attendant to join our team at The Westin Verasa Napa. As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greets and assists guests with luggage at check-in and check-out
• Provides a consistently high level of service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued
• Assists guests with city information and directions
• Delivers items as requested by guests or Manager on Duty
• Ensures the safe and secure storage of guest baggage
• Provides shoe shining services for guests upon request
• Performs room amenity deliveries for guests
• Assists with valet parking and returns guest vehicles to the motor court

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to operate all types of passenger vehicles (standard and automatic)
• Valid CA driver's license required
• Previous valet/customer service experience preferred

Working Conditions:

This role requires regular attendance and the ability to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Employees must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length, lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, and push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. frequently.
