Director of Sales Role

In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, build relationships with key decision-makers, and position NexGen Technologies as the preferred partner for virtual office solutions and BPO services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for NexGen Virtual Office and NexGen Contact Solutions.">
  3. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.">
  4. Identify and penetrate new markets, building strong relationships with C-suite executives, including CEOs, CIOs, and IT Directors.">
  5. Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions to exceed expectations.">
  6. Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to ensure continuous improvement and success.">
  7. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.">
  8. Maintain in-depth knowledge of NexGen Virtual Office and NexGen Contact Solutions to effectively communicate value propositions and address client needs.">

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 plus commission, with uncapped earning potential. NexGen Technologies offers a competitive compensation package, including a collaborative and supportive company culture that values creativity and innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the SAaS or BPO industry.">
  • Strong experience in selling to enterprise-level clients, with a focus on C-suite engagement.">
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.">
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and drive results in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.">
  • Familiarity with virtual office technologies, remote work solutions, or BPO services is a plus.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.">
